ERC Claim Preparation

The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a payroll tax refund from the United States Treasury Department applicable to businesses who kept employees on payroll during the pandemic.  The deadline to claim ERC for payroll taxes paid in 2021 is April 15, 2025.

Your tax professional will prepare a confidential Phase One Findings Report for your internal review.  The report will include a financial analysis, government order analysis, and recommended next steps that may be required to reasonably claim or support benefits under the laws and regulations governing the ERC program.

ERC Claim Remediation

After completing an ERC Claims Review, additional steps may be required to reasonably claim benefits under the laws and regulations governing the ERC program.

ERC Claim Collection Services

The IRS has a backlog of over one million ERC claims.  The IRS Commissioner asked Congress for more time to resume processing.
